I could never have imagined how accurately this group would live up to its name. When I started the Power House, I was approaching a big move. I was going to change jobs and move to a place where I knew no one, away from family and friends. Meeting the fabulous group of the Power House enabled me to have an anchor with a group of trusted, wonderful women who have been with me online every fortnight for a year. I gained reassurance and encouragement from Monique and my group throughout this transition. We have supported each other over these months and with the support of Monique's insight and wisdom. Through their friendship and Monique's teachings, I was able to manage the challenges that arose and remain positive and confident, embracing my new life in one of the most beautiful parts of the UK. Of course, anxieties and fears crop up now and then; none of us have a perfect life, but with the support of this group, I can let difficult emotions quickly pass and focus my attention on celebrating all of my achievements during the year. I can honestly say I would not have had the confidence and self-belief to make this move had it not been for my work with Monique, so I am immensely appreciative and grateful.

When I started The Power House, I did not know what it would be like.
