What Saturday Morning Looks Like When Your Attendees Are Rested

By Saturday at Girls Just Wanna, your attendees are depleted. I can help fix that.

By Saturday, your attendees are depleted. Late nights, crowds, adrenaline, emotion. Thirty minutes of grounded meditation at sunrise resets their nervous systems so they can actually be present. For some, it changes the entire festival. More importantly, it shows your people you see them.

Who's Teaching This

I've worked with the Dalai Lama and collaborated on the Heartbeats album with Thich Nhat Hanh, Eckhart Tolle, and Pema Chödrön. I lead corporate meditation for Fortune 500 companies and teach in seventy universities worldwide, including every public college in New York City. I'm a gay woman, a New Zealander based in Costa Rica, with thirty years of teaching behind me.

How This Works

Thirty minutes each morning at sunrise. Straightforward meditation to settle the nervous system. Participants leave grounded, ready, and with techniques they can use anytime. The session works at any scale—five people or five hundred.
