Follow these steps:

1. On the website in a browser (like Chrome or Firefox), log on to your course library (click here).
2. Click your avatar at the top-right, then click Settings.

3. Click the Change Avatar button.

4. Drag or upload your preferred photo. For best results, use a photo with dimensions 100x100 and PNG file format.

5. Click Save and watch the photo appear on your Profile Settings page.

 6. Scroll all the way to the bottom and click Save again.

7. See a banner that says you “successfully updated your profile!”

Click your avatar at the top-right, then click Logout.

Please log in to your account.

1. Click on your Avatar (picture) in the top right of the page.
2. Select Settings from the dropdown. Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page:

Follow these steps:

1. Download the free mobile app here: Kajabi Mobile App. 
2. Tap Get Started and enter your email address. Make sure you have access to this email mailbox on the mobile device you’re using.
3. Tap Next, then tap on Open Email App.
4. Look for an email from Kajabi Support and tap on Confirm Email Address in the email message.

5. See a message that says “Your email has been confirmed!” and tap Open Kajabi App.

6. In the app, tap on Select Your Sites and choose Monique Rhodes Online. You’ll see your course library.

If you experience issues with the mobile app, we recommend trying two things first: update the app to the latest version and force close the app to reset it.

1. First, check that your mobile app is up to date. 
• For iOS devices, see Apple's Guide for Updating your Apple Apps.
• For Android devices, see Google's Guide for Updating your Android Apps

1. If your mobile app is up-to-date and you still experience issues, force close the app to reset it. 
• For iOS devices, see Apple's Guide for Force Closing Apps.
• For Android devices:
1. Open Settings.
2. Scroll down and open Apps or Application Manager.
3. Locate Kajabi in your list of apps.
4. Select Kajabi, then tap Force Stop.

Tap the 3 dots at the top-right, then tap Logout.

You can cancel a subscription two ways:

1. Email us at [email protected] and we will cancel your subscription for you. 
2. Or you can do it yourself:
   • On the website in a browser (like Chrome or Firefox), log on to your course library (click here).
3. Click your avatar at the top-right, then click Settings.
4. Click on Billing Info at the top-right.

If you see a Cancel button, you enrolled through our course website:

1. Click the button and follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.
2. Once confirmed, access to the course will end on the last day of this billing cycle.

If you see a link to Manage Subscription in PayPal, you enrolled through PayPal:

1. Click the link and you’ll be redirected to your PayPal account. Follow the prompts to log on, if needed.
2. In PayPal, go to the Payments menu and find the Automatic Payments section.
3. Select the name of the subscription to cancel and follow the prompts to confirm cancellation.
4. Once confirmed, access to the course will end on the last day of this billing cycle.
